Dongfeng 4*2 Swing Arm Garbage Truck Installation

1. The swing arm of the upper body has a swinging capacity of 12T (only for swinging the ground bucket, and the swinging capacity of the pit bucket will be greatly reduced); it is also equipped with a 12-square garbage bucket, which is designed according to the drawings provided by the customer;

2. Upper structure: made of carbon steel, the bottom plate is thickened with 6mm plates, and the side plates are thickened with 10mm plates; the side plates of the arms are thickened with 10mm plates, and the arms are widened to 160mm;

3. Main hydraulic parts of the upper body: Yangzhou Zhongmei multi-way valve, Changyuan 63 displacement oil pump, Jiangsu hydraulic cylinder (the thickened outer diameter of the main arm cylinder is 160mm, the piston rod diameter is 70mm), and the domestic 80L hydraulic oil tank;

4. Big arm connecting pipe: Made of Ø108x8mm seamless steel pipe, both ends are connected with flanges and M16 high-strength bolts for easy disassembly and replacement;

5. Rear outrigger: It adopts vertical lifting type, the outrigger cylinder needs to be lengthened, and the outrigger grounding disk needs to be enlarged; the rear outrigger side plate is thickened with 12mm plate, and the support structure is strengthened;

6. The rear part of the frame: with hydraulic rear tail hook, which can realize the unloading and locking functions;

7. The connection between the cross beam and the longitudinal beam of the upper floor is strengthened to increase the structural strength;

8. The hanging box chain adopts a reinforced type with a diameter of 16mm, the lifting ring is thickened and enlarged, and the lifting ring connection adopts an adjustable structure;

9. Anti-rust treatment is required between the upper sub-frame and the chassis frame, and padding is added, and M20 reinforced U-shaped bolts are used to connect;

10. The locking hook structure at the rear of the frame needs to be strengthened;

11. After the vehicle is modified, a full-load test must be conducted to meet the acceptance requirements and ensure excellent product performance.

12. Garbage bucket configuration and technical requirements:

(1) The shape of the garbage bucket is a ship-shaped structure, made of carbon steel, with 4mm side plates and 5mm bottom plate. The material is Q355B, and the frame is reinforced with 6.3# channel steel structure;

(2) There are two hanging lugs on the left and right sides of the garbage bucket. The trunnions should pass through the side plates and be welded with round plates, and the welding should be firm;

(3) There is a discharge lock hook at the rear and lower part of the garbage bucket. When unloading garbage, the garbage bucket can be locked by operating the rear hydraulic tail hook mounted on the upper body, and the garbage bucket can be tilted and discharged in conjunction with the rotation of the boom;

(4) The upper part of the garbage bin is open without a cover.
